We're Hiring: Motion Graphics Designer (SaaS Explainers)

Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi (On-site) | Full-time

Turnix is building a motion design team that makes world-class SaaS explainer videos — first for our own AI products, then as a service for B2B clients worldwide. We want a motion designer who can take a product story and turn it into a crisp, scroll-stopping explainer.

⏰ Work schedule (read before applying):

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

On-site at our Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi office — this is NOT a remote or hybrid role

What you'll do:

Own SaaS explainer videos end-to-end — storyboard, style frames, animation, sound

Animate product UI walkthroughs, demos, and 2D motion graphics that sell the product

Build reusable templates and a motion system so we can ship videos fast

Use AI in the pipeline — AI voiceover, AI image/video generation, picking the right model for the right task

Work with design and business development to turn scripts into videos that convert

✅ What you need:

A strong showreel of motion work (SaaS explainer videos are a big plus)

Mastery of After Effects (plus Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Figma)

A sharp sense of timing, easing, typography, and visual storytelling

Clean product-UI animation skills (screen recordings, mockups, transitions)

Speed and consistency — you ship, not just polish

⭐ Bonus points for:

3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D) or Lottie/Rive

AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs)

Scriptwriting or storyboarding chops

Experience with B2B/SaaS brands
