Network Engineer (Mendoza)

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our mission of protecting the digital world.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues across Acronis data centers
• Triage events, elevate incidents, and ensure timely resolution
• Support other engineering teams with network-related issues
• Analyze and maintain configurations on Juniper and Arista network devices
• Plan and execute production network maintenance following Change Management processes
• Improve network performance through proactive optimization
• Develop automation using Python, Ansible, or SaltStack
• Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and operational knowledge
• Manage infrastructure inventory and equipment tracking using DCIM tools
• Use AI tools (VS Code + Copilot, Windsurf) daily for faster troubleshooting, config validation, and documentation

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operations or Data Center environments
• Hands‑on expertise with Juniper (EX/QFX, SRX, MX/PTX) or Arista platforms
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS‑IS, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN
• Ability to design and manage complex ACLs and firewall policies
• Linux networking and security skills are a plus
• Experience with scripting, automation frameworks, and version control (Git)
• Strong English communication skills; multilingual is a plus
• Certifications are highly desirable: Juniper JNCA, JNCP, CCNA, CCNP or similar; Arista ACE Level 3+
