New Business Associate Director

About The Role We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Associate Director, New Business to join our high-performing team at a time of exciting momentum—following major pitch wins and record-breaking awards, including Media Agency of the Year. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile UK pitches and support global opportunities, working closely with senior leaders, industry partners, and teams across the agency. You’ll bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, and help shape the next chapter of PHD’s growth.

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end pitch processes, from client engagement to final presentation. Craft tailored, compelling proposals and pitch materials. Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate across disciplines to align proposals with agency strategy. Provide industry insights to inform prospecting and pitch responses. Develop internal initiatives to enhance pitching and business development skills.

Track and report on new business KPIs to senior leadership. Mentor junior team members and foster a supportive, growth-focused culture. What You’ll Bring Experience leading new business pitches and writing RFIs, ideally in a media, marketing, PR, or publishing environment.
