About the Role

We’re building a next-generation beauty and personal care portfolio driven by innovation, performance, and elevated customer experience. We’re looking for a Product Development Specialist who understands beauty beyond trends — someone who can translate consumer insights into high-quality, market-leading products. You will own the journey of product creation from concept to launch, working closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to bring exceptional products to life.

What You’ll Own

Product Innovation & Development Drive end-to-end development of beauty and personal care products from concept to commercialization.

Translate consumer needs, market insights, and trends into new product opportunities. Collaborate with formulation partners and manufacturers to develop, test, and refine product samples. Lead product trials, testing cycles, and quality enhancements.

Benchmark global and domestic beauty brands to identify innovation opportunities.

Vendor & Manufacturing Partnerships Identify and collaborate with third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Manage product development timelines, costing, and production readiness.

Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are consistently met.

Packaging & Product Experience

Work on packaging development aligned with brand positioning and functionality.

Evaluate materials, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.

Partner with packaging vendors through sampling and finalization. Regulatory & Quality Compliance.

Maintain product documentation, specifications, and certifications.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Execution Support product launches in collaboration with marketing, operations, and design teams.

Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

Optimize product cost without compromising quality or experience.

Who You Are

3–4 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care product development.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle, formulations, and manufacturing processes.

Experience working with third-party manufacturers and vendors.

High attention to detail with strong execution capability.

Commercially aware with strong aesthetic and product sensibility.

Passionate about beauty innovation and consumer experience.

Preferred Background Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.

Understanding of skincare or personal care categories.

Knowledge of ingredient trends, regulatory standards, and product testing processes.
