New Store Opening - Westford, MA - Crew Members and Shift Leaders Needed!

We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand‑new Jersey Mike’s locations in Westford, Billerica, and Andover, MA this fall. Training will take place at our Chelmsford location so you’ll be ready to open our doors in Westford.

Position: Shift Leader

Responsible for overseeing daily operations under the guidance of manager and ZenPut task‑based program. Supervise team, manage customer service, maintain hospitality.

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards, including slicer use
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues
• Train staff based on Principles of Success, company policies, procedures & standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility

Job Types & Compensation

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $15 – $18 per hour, plus tips (~$5 – $6 additional)

Expected hours: 20 – 40+ hours per week

Qualifications & Competencies

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Can thrive in fast‑pace environment
• Desire to improve self and skills
• Effective communication with guests
• Participate in all Jersey Mike’s training programs
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and reliability
