This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through energetic engagement and expert clinical practice.DutiesConduct thorough patient assessments for especially for Medicare patients, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations for geriatrics, and adultsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionalsAdminister medications and injections, including botulinum toxin treatments for aesthetic or therapeutic purposesPerform specialized procedures such as suturing, and dermal filler injectionsManage urgent and acute cases by triaging patients effectively in outpatientUtilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical recordsEngage in telehealth consultations to extend care access remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentialityCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care servicesSupport diagnostic evaluations using sonography when necessaryProvide education on health coaching, medication adherence, nutrition, and disease prevention strategiesRequirementsValid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to practice independently in CA, for Medicare patients.Proven experience in hospital rounding is highly desirableStrong background in internal medicine, geriatrics is desirable.Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems for efficient medical documentationProficiency in performing procedures such as suturing, arthrocentesis and dermal fillersKnowledge of CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for billing and documentation purposesFamiliarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during proceduresExcellent patient assessment skills with the ability to handle complex cases involving acute pain management or infectious diseasesAbility to work effectively within fast-paced environments such as hospitals , outpatient clinics, or assisted living facilitiesStrong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients across diverse populations including seniorsCommitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all timesJoin us in delivering energetic healthcare solutions that truly make a difference!
