Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an NRI Sales Assistant / Deputy / Manager at Sobha Limited. The role involves managing end-to-end sales interactions with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, including responding to inquiries, conducting property consultations, and guiding prospects through the booking and documentation process. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline of NRI leads, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and coordinating site visits when clients are in India.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and customer relations to ensure accurate information, smooth transactions, and timely resolution of client queries. The NRI Sales professional will also contribute market insights, support targeted campaigns, and uphold Sobha’s standards for service quality and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, lead management, and negotiation with NRI clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to understand real estate products, pricing, and legal documentation, and explain them clearly to prospective buyers.
- Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online communication platforms for client follow-up and reporting.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, NRI or international client management, or a related customer-facing domain is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added benefit.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office and flexibly adjust to client time zones when required.
