Position Details: Location: Southeast College of Nursing and Health Sciences 2001 William Street Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 Hours/Schedule Full-Time (40-hrs per week) Shift: Varies/Rotating Education:Associate's degree in nursingExperience:At least 1 year of experience in lab management, clinical coordination, or a related roleLicensure:Currently licensed as an RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of practicePreferred Qualifications:Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:Experience and/or background in nursing with experience in simulation or willingness to acquire simulation education. The Simulation Lab Coordinator maintains a certificate in simulation training or Certification as a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred.Proficiency with simulation technology and lab equipmentStrong computer skillsFamiliarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.Strong organizational, oral, written, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExperience with clinical placement coordination and understanding of healthcare regulations Why Mercy?
