Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) 
• Build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports (including formats like Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) on OAC for business intelligence and analytics use cases 
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting 
• Work with data warehouses/data lakes to integrate and manage structured and semi-structured data 
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and transformation 
• Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security best practices across reporting systems 
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reporting and data quality issues 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and business users 
• Create technical documentation and present progress updates, insights, and recommendations to clients 
• Support performance tuning and optimization of reporting queries and data models 
• Stay updated with evolving Oracle Analytics Cloud features and modern data engineering best practices 
• Exposure to Snowflake and cloud-based analytics ecosystems is an added advantage 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or related roles 
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) 
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) 
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake concepts and data modeling 
• Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines 
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred) 
• Knowledge of Snowflake is preferred 
• Understanding of BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics workflows 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred
