Occupational Therapist

VNS Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home and community-based rehabilitative care across New York City. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and promote patient independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
