This hybrid position balances hands‑on office operations with executive support for company leadership.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high‑functioning workplace environment while also helping leadership stay organized, prepared, and efficient in a fast‑moving company. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, structure‑building, and being a reliable point of coordination across teams. This is an in‑office role based in Columbus, Ohio.
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.Office Admin Coordinator & Workplace CoordinationManage daily operations and organization of the Columbus officeMaintain office supplies, equipment, kitchen, and inventoryDistribute and route physical mail, scan and forward documents, and coordinate check depositsMaintain and manage employee office parking passesIssue office keys and assist with access for employees, visitors, and contractorsPerform light daily tidying and coordinate cleaning services and maintenance vendorsCoordinate office vendors, building management, and service providersWelcome and assist office visitors and guestsPrepare meeting rooms and reset shared spaces after meetingsCoordinate occasional catering, meals, and meeting materialsManage general office environment (workspace setup, TVs, music, and shared areas)Support employee onboarding logistics and workspace setupMaintain shared resources and internal documentationAssist with office improvements, furniture orders, and workspace projectsOccasionally adjust in‑office schedule to support meetings, guests, or office projects outside standard office daysExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Co‑Founder and in‑office leadership teamManage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationCoordinate travel arrangements and maintain itinerariesServe as a point of contact for internal and external coordination related to leadershipPrepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materialsTrack follow‑ups and action itemsScreen and prioritize incoming requests and communicationsAssist with expense tracking, invoices, and administrative reportingSupport logistics for leadership meetings and company initiativesMaintain confidential files, records, and documentationAssist with occasional administrative tasks and local errands for the Co‑Founder as neededQualifications1‑3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office managementLocated in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OhioExperience supporting leadership or executives in a professional environmentStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong follow‑throughComfortable handling confidential informationProactive problem‑solver who takes initiativeExperience coordinating travel logistics and schedulingProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeExperience in entertainment, events, agency, or startup environments is a plusPositive attitude and team‑first mindsetBenefitsFlexible work environmentComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchingPaid Vacation Plans#J-18808-Ljbffr
