- Oversee the smooth running of the Melbourne office of 80 employees while providing coordination support to six Managing Directors across Melbourne and Brisbane.
- Provide diary and calendar management for six Managing Directors, coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts and managing changing priorities.
- Manage office supplies, stock control, kitchen upkeep, printers and general office maintenance.
- Organise logistics and catering for events.
- Manage shared mailboxes, supplier invoices, contractor invoices, casual timesheets and general administrative workflows.
- Process weekly timesheets and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar Office Manager/Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role – 3 years minimum.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- A proactive, autonomous and confident working style.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience within professional services is advantageous but not essential.
Work Environment
This is a full‑time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, based fully onsite in Melbourne CBD.
