Officer- IT ERP (Based in Jordan)

We're Hiring: Officer -IT ERP Support Location: Jordan Company: Classic Fashion Classic Fashion is expanding its IT - Business Solutions team , and we are looking for a skilled and driven Officer - ERP Support to ensure seamless functioning of our ERP and HCM systems across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in application support, team coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departments Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user system issues efficiently Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to close support tickets Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage high-priority system incidents Document solutions, collect user feedback, and recommend process improvements Provide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement What We're Looking For 3-4 years of experience in ERP/HCM application support Hands-on experience with ERP or HCM platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead or guide support teams Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
