As a Growth Partner, Chandra Asri is committed on creating high-value jobs, expanding the domestic petrochemical value chain, and serving the needs of the vibrant and growing Indonesian market.Responsibilities :Analyze the engineering works and conduct the regular coordination for Total Productive Maintenance activities and Management of Change (MOC), to ensure that all maintenance activities carried out can go smoothly and wellSupport Operation team regarding Process Safety Management program towards QHSE excellenceAnalyze and monitoring the shipping activity (Operating condition), to ensure smooth shipping activitiesPlanning the schedule of certification and inspection for all equipment to ensure that zero unplanned breakdown and asset integrity of the equipment.Analyze reports daily, weekly and monthly as well as reporting to the superior for the presented data can be recorded so that all well-known and superiors.Monitor daily Tank farm, Jetty and Truck Loading Operation performance by attending production meetings, reviewing logbooks, and reviewing process historical dataContinuously monitor process on the plant, including parameters like temperature, pressure, level and current efficiency.
Provide recommendation to operator to adjust process parameter to meet optimum operation.Identify and implement continuous process improvements program to increase safety, reliability, efficiency and reduce costs of productionProviding troubleshooting assistance to plants in need, performing root cause analysis, implementing preventive and corrective actions, and summarizing all information and analysis in a reportProvide expertise for incident investigation including analysis, documentation, and participation in root cause analysis (RCA) processesPrepare and update document periodically to meet audit Quality Management System’s requirementCollaborate with another department such as Production Planner, Commercial, Laboratory and Purchasing as neededQualifications :Bachelor Degree in major Chemical, Marine, Naval EngineeringMinimum 1 year working experience in related fieldProficient using Ms. Office, CAD and other related engineering software for daily working dutiesFluent in English, both spoken and written proven by a certificate.Understanding of laws and regulations related to safety standard, maritime security, and environmental protectionHave expert knowledge about vessel operations, as well as the associated Port operationsThis position will be placed at site office project.Important Notes :Chandra Asri is only releasing official job posting at Chandra Asri Career Site (careers.capcx.com), Linkedin & Jobstreet.
