Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Overview:A growing outpatient oncology practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong oncology background to join a collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on managing oncology and infusion patients in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:• Manage outpatient oncology and infusion patients• Perform patient assessments, follow-ups, and treatment coordination• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies• Provide patient education and supportive care guidance• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation• Participate in quality improvement initiativesRequirements NP:• 2+ years of oncology experience• ANCC or AANP certification• AOCNP certification preferred/required• Active DEA license• Active Colorado license or eligibility• APN & RXN prescriptive authority eligibility in ColoradoRequirements PA:• NCCPA certification with PA-C credential• Oncology experience required• Active DEA license• Active Colorado license or eligibilitySchedule & Compensation:• 10-hour day shifts• Competitive hourly compensation• Potential extension opportunity• Supportive outpatient clinical environment
