Seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Specialist for a leading Managed Service Provider in Toronto. Solve IT challenges and support multiple client environments in a fully onsite role.
In this position, you will provide Tier 2 technical support in a vibrant MSP environment. With strong skills in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network management, you will diagnose and resolve issues across client systems. Your proactive approach will ensure cybersecurity best practices while enhancing overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 2 support across diverse client environments • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues • Manage Microsoft 365 user management and security • Configure network devices like routers and firewalls • Document fixes and contribute to the knowledge base
Requirements: • At least 2 years of IT support experience in an MSP • Strong foundation in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory • Experience with virtualization technologies • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices • Proficient in Remote Monitoring & Management tools
