In FY25, our shared passion helped us achieve combined revenues of approximately 4bn.Our extensive direct to store (DTS) network, with 17 depots across the UK, allows us to deliver fresh and frozen food both our own and from trusted partners to thousands of stores every day, ensuring consumers enjoy the very best, whenever and wherever they shop.What you'll be doing: As an IT Finance Analyst, you'll join a team at the centre of one of the largest transformation programmes in the UK food manufacturing sector following the combination of Greencore and Bakkavor in January 2026.Working closely with the IT Commercial & Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of a large and evolving IT function. As systems, processes and ways of working continue to integrate across the business, you'll help ensure the smooth management of IT purchasing, supplier payments, financial controls and reporting activities.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to IT, Finance and Procurement within a fast-paced environment, developing a broad understanding of how technology investment, supplier management and financial governance operate within a major organisation.Initially, you'll focus on supporting key operational activities including SAP-based purchasing and invoice processing, helping the team manage workload generated through a period of significant change. Over time, you'll gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, reporting and broader commercial finance activities across the IT function.Experience of SAP, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, is highly desirable and will enable you to make an immediate impact in the role.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the end-to-end processing of purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments across the IT functionWorking within SAP and other business systems to ensure accurate financial administration and reportingSupporting invoice matching, coding, approvals and exception resolution activitiesMaintaining contract, renewal and supplier records to support effective commercial managementAssisting with budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting processesWorking closely with Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to resolve queries and maintain strong financial controlsProducing reports, trackers and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-makingSupporting the ongoing integration of systems, processes and financial controls across a changing business environmentIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce administration and enhance reporting accuracyWhat we're looking for:Experience using SAP within a finance, purchasing, procurement or operational environmentExperience in a finance, procurement, accounts payable, commercial support or similar operational roleUnderstanding of purchase order, invoice and payment processesStrong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and trackersExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholdersAbility to prioritise workload and operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environmentInterest in technology and willingness to develop knowledge of IT financial and commercial operationsWhat you'll get in return:Competitive salary and job-related benefitsHolidaysCompetitive matched pension contributionsLife insurance up to 4x salaryCompany share save schemeGreencore QualificationsExclusive Greencore employee discount platformAccess to a full Wellbeing Centre platformEnhanced parental leave and menopause policiesThroughout your time at Greencore, you will be supported with on the job training and development opportunities to further your career.
