Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst I to join our client

Contract Period

6 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate

Starting from $20 per hour

Oakville, ON

100% Remote

Business Hours

Monday - Friday;

9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Process requests received through Salesforce or other means, while communicating directly with other internal partners, advisors, or our back-office provider
• Ensuring daily service levels are met with internal and external partners
• Follow-up on issues, investigate and/or escalation of complex cases as needed
• Performing quality control
• Participates in special projects/assignments, perform other duties as required
• Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is Required
• 2 Years of Experience in the Financial services industry
• Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce is an asset
• Successful completion of IFIC Operations Course is an asset
