About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate who is excited about startups, problem-solving, technology, AI tools, and business operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to how a company operates and scales.

Compensation

• ₹25,000 per month (Gross)

• ₹3,11,640 Annual CTC

• 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day business and property operations

• Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve productivity

• Assist with website updates and business information management

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Conduct market and business research

• Support founders with operational and growth projects

• Help improve processes and documentation

• Travel occasionally for business, research, and expansion activities

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate (2024–2026 pass out)

• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge

• Interest in AI tools and technology

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Startup mindset and positive attitude

Good to Have

• Advanced Excel skills

• Website management experience

• AI prompting experience

• Internship or project experience
