DT Logistics is looking for a hands-on, mid-level operations professional to help manage our day-to-day fulfillment and warehouse activity.

This is not a desk-only position and it is not a traditional warehouse role. We are looking for someone who can oversee operations, keep orders moving, communicate with clients and carriers, solve problems, and step into the warehouse work whenever needed.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing daily order fulfillment and warehouse workflows

• Prioritizing orders and making sure deadlines are met

• Coordinating receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns

• Using our warehouse and shipping systems to process and track orders

• Identifying and resolving inventory, order, and shipping issues

• Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal team members

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational procedures are followed

• Picking, packing, receiving, labeling, and preparing shipments when additional support is needed

• Helping improve workflows as the company grows

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, e-commerce, or a similar environment

• Comfortable using computers, software platforms, spreadsheets, and shipping systems

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset

• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership

• Able to work independently while also supporting the team

• Willing to perform light warehouse work and stay involved in the actual operation

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change
