Im working with one of the UKs best:known hospitality brands on the search for an Operations Director to join the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth and evolution.

This is a business with a strong heritage, an established national estate and ambitious plans for the future. They are looking for an experienced operational leader who can balance strategy with execution, build high:performing teams and create a culture of accountability, consistency and commercial excellence across a multi:site operation.

This is a genuine executive:level opportunity where youll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

The Role Will Include

• Leading and developing a senior multi:site operations team.
• Driving commercial performance across a national estate.
• Taking full ownership of operational KPIs, P and L, labour and profitability.
• Embedding operational excellence, consistency and best practice.
• Improving customer experience and operational standards.
• Partnering with multiple support functions to deliver business strategy.
• Developing future leaders and strengthening succession planning.
• Supporting business transformation and future growth initiatives.
