Front Desk Agent at Cheeca Lodge it's a haven of serenity and luxury. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction and a memorable stay at our esteemed resort. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in arriving guests.
Provide a warm, friendly, and courteous welcome to guests, addressing them by name and ensuring they feel welcomed. Efficiently handle guest registration and room assignments, conducting check-out processes with precision. Anticipate guest needs, exceeding expectations in service and care.
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints effectively, coordinating with various departments to ensure comprehensive guest care. Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Handle financial transactions with accuracy, including room charges and currency conversions.
Maintain a constant line of communication with other team members and departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences. Participate actively in team briefings and collaborate effectively with supervisors and managers. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age with basic computer skills.
