PA / Office Manager | Salisbury based | Full time | Hybrid | £38k (c) | Be the person who keeps everything moving

This is far more than a traditional PA role. It's a varied position where you'll help keep the business running seamlessly, supporting a Senior Leadership Team and making sure Advisers can focus on looking after clients.
What you'll be doing
- Managing diaries for the SLT
- Organising Board meetings, agendas and taking minutes
- Coordinating meetings with Non-Executive Directors
- Arranging lunches, travel and company events
- Managing office suppliers, contracts and stationery
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members
- Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues before escalating where needed
- Improving processes and finding smarter ways of doing things
- Being the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes
About you
You'll already have experience as a PA, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant or Office Manager, but it's your attitude that will really set you apart.
You’ll be someone who is organised, proactive and always one step ahead. You’ll enjoy variety, love solving problems, happily roll up your sleeves when needed and genuinely care about doing a great job. You’ll thrive in a team, build great relationships and take pride in making life easier for everyone around you.
Financial services experience would be an advantage, but finding the right person and the right team fit is what matters most.
