Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) | 5:45 PM – 6:00 AMPosition OverviewThis role is responsible for manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position ensures finished goods are packaged according to quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. You will support production through accurate documentation, product inspection, and adherence to safety and compliance guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished productsPackage clinical and commercial products according to established procedures and quality specificationsInspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality standardsIdentify and remove defective products and packaging materialsComplete and maintain accurate documentation, including device history records and inventory countsPerform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completionAssist with inventory counting activities as neededParticipate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observationsClean packaging stations and processing equipment on a routine basisFollow all PPE requirements and product contamination control procedures (including gowning)Handle hazardous waste in accordance with proceduresSupport general manufacturing and production needs as requiredRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of industry or manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood documentation practicesBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Comfortable using computers and basic business softwareAbility to work flexible schedules, including fixed or rotating shifts and overtime as neededExperience Encouraged To ApplyManufacturing Production WorkerPackaging OperatorAssembly Line WorkerWarehouse AssociateQuality Inspection AssociateProduction TechnicianMaterial HandlerCleanroom or GMP environment experience
