Job Role: Paid Media Manager / Account Manager

Required Experience: 7+ years

Preferred Industry: Ecommerce Agency/Retail/Advertisement Agency

Location: Bangalore (On-sight)

Key Responsibilities

• Build integrated media and communication plans aligned with client objectives, KPIs, and performance goals
• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and OTT platforms
• Manage and optimize large-scale media budgets ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROAS delivery
• Collaborate with media partners and publishers - Paytm, ShareChat, Truecaller, Zomato, Blinkit - for high-impact placements
• Use audience intelligence, market research, and campaign data to drive targeting decisions and improve effectiveness
• Leverage AI-powered tools - Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, and automated bidding platforms - to optimize campaigns at scale
• Apply CRO strategies and continuously test creatives, formats, and messaging to improve conversions and campaign results
• Lead client onboarding, servicing, and performance reporting - building tailored plans and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and platform updates to stay ahead and identify new growth opportunities
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent brand messaging

Key Requirements

• 7+ years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic & OTT platforms
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets with strong ROAS outcomes
• Familiarity with AI tools - Performance Max, Advantage+, automated bidding & reporting
• Strong analytical, client servicing & stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working with premium publishers and media partners across diverse industry verticals
• Exposure to programmatic advertising, audience segmentation and cross-channel attribution models
