The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving production machinery to meet VinFast’s standards of efficiency and quality. ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics EngineeringMinimum 4 years of experience in automotive paint shop maintenance or industrial maintenanceStrong knowledge of paint shop systems such as pre-treatment, electrocoating (ED), ovens, spray booths, and conveyorsFamiliar with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and preventive maintenance systemsAble to read and interpret technical drawings, control systems, and PLCsExperience with troubleshooting automation equipment, sensors, and electrical panelsWilling to work in a fast-paced and high-volume manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvementFluent in English

?️ Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on paint shop equipment and facilitiesRespond quickly to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtimeAnalyze root causes of equipment failure and propose effective corrective actionsCoordinate with production and engineering teams to support smooth operationsMonitor equipment performance and implement predictive maintenance strategiesMaintain records and documentation of maintenance activitiesParticipate in equipment installation, commissioning, and improvement projectsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
