Paralegal

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a full time position or as otherwise negotiated with the successful applicant, with immediate start. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a thriving educational environment, supporting the College across governance, compliance, privacy, child safety, and legal operations.

Suited to someone with a minimum Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher legal qualification (or currently working towards one), this role offers the opportunity to develop your legal and compliance expertise while contributing to a Christ-centred community committed to excellence, integrity, and best-practice governance.
