Part‑Time Accounts Finance Manager (3 days per week)

Hybrid Working | Flexible scheduling | Cork HQ

You will own our finances end‑to‑end – managing payments, payroll, statutory compliance, monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions across our Irish, US, and Brazilian entities.

What You'll Do

• Handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Manage payroll, VAT returns, and statutory compliance
• Produce monthly management accounts and cash flow reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors and investor partners
• Support the CEO with commercial financial analysis and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in an accounting or finance role
• Comfortable working at every level – from routine tasks to strategic analysis
• Proficiency with cloud‑based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time across a three‑day week
• Familiarity with multi‑currency or multi‑entity accounting is an advantage
