EveryBody Boot Camp is a high-energy, community-driven fitness studio focused on helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals in a supportive and empowering environment. Were seeking a motivated, outgoing **Membership Sales Associate** to help grow our incredible community and bring new faces into the gym.

Responsibilities:

* Handle new leads and inquiries, remotely
* Convert leads into active members through follow-up communication (calls, texts, emails)
* Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity
* Hit monthly membership sales targets
* Assist with light administrative tasks (member check-ins, data entry, scheduling)
* Represent EBBC in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Goal-driven with a sales mindset
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on-site
* Comfortable with basic technology (CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms)
* Must be local to the Scottsdale/Cave Creek area

Compensation & Benefits:

* \$20\$22 per hour (based on experience)

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling. While some of the work may be done remotely, occasional in-person shifts and events at our locations in Scottsdale and Cave Creek are required.
