You will provide individualized and group services that promote independence, self-regulation, and confidence in a supportive, student-centered environment.What You'll NeedMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and active NYS certification Experience working with students with learning differences, sensory needs, or social-emotional challengesAbility to manage a caseload and balance individual and group services effectivelyStrong communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approachFlexible and organized with the ability to adapt to a dynamic school environmentWhat You'll DoProvide occupational therapy services through individual and group sessions based on student needsConduct information assessments and share insights with team members and familiesCollaborate with teachers and clinicians to support student goals and classroom successDevelop and document therapeutic goals, progress reports, and required student recordsSupport students with adaptive equipment, life skills, and self-regulation strategiesAaron School is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
