You will report to the Manager of Staffing and Scheduling while focusing on developing schedules that accommodate daily operations.
Experience with scheduling technologies and attention to detail are key, as well as effective communication skills to handle client and employee interactions. Understanding Occupational Health and Safety legislation will aid your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and monitor schedules for staff and clients • Manage daily schedule changes efficiently • Ensure accuracy in payroll timekeeping • Communicate scheduling updates with the team • Identify risks and work collaboratively to mitigate issues Requirements: • Preferred 1-2 years in employee scheduling • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Experience with Goldcare database or similar • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Support the mission of ILS while effectively coordinating schedules for enhanced client care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
