Partner Marketing Associate

About The Company: An ambitious, high-growth consumer brand is looking for a Regional Partner Marketing Associate to help drive affiliate and creator-led growth across key international markets. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving business where experimentation, innovation and scale are at the heart of every marketing decision. Working closely with influencer communities, e-commerce channels and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of proven partner marketing strategies while identifying new opportunities for growth.

The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to large-scale campaigns and clear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding team. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the partner marketing affiliate strategy across a designated region. Drive views and engagement on shoppable TikTok content while supporting revenue targets.

Coordinate product launches, promotions and focus product campaigns with internal teams. Manage external administrative assistants to ensure effective creator engagement and product seeding. Identify, test and implement new growth strategies to scale performance and improve results.

Essential Experience: Experience in affiliate, influencer or partner marketing. Exposure to TikTok Shop, social commerce or e-commerce platforms. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience building relationships with creators, influencers or online communities. Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
