The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Partner (Or Senior Associate ready to take the next step) to take a leading role within the Property disputes team. You will manage and lead complex matters including:

• Developer and right to light disputes
• Party wall and trespass claims
• Landlord & tenant litigation
• Possession and mortgage claims
• Contested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recovery

Beyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department's growth.
