We are an expanding and high-end hospitality group and currently looking for an experienced Pastry Head Chef , and to take charge of the clubs 2 fine dining restaurants. The ideal Pastry Head Chef will be working in a well-equipped Pastry Kitchen, and the role is for an immediate start.
The ideal Pastry Head Chef must have: Experience in high-end, AA restaurants or Michelin Pastry Kitchens Experience in Pastry menu design and able to lead the Pastry team during service
Attention to details and strong leadership skills with a track record of team development Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts Whats on offer for the Pastry Head Chef:
Annual salary £65,000 per year plus bonus The Club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas 48 working hours per week
