Job Summary:The Payroll Compliance Manager will oversee the organization's payroll operations, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. The role involves managing payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)- Manage payroll audits and resolve discrepancies- Maintain payroll records and reports- Collaborate with HR and finance teams- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations- Implement process improvements and best practices
Requirements:- 3+ years of payroll related Compliance experience- Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
