What's Offered • Salary up to $100,000 • 37.5 hour work week • Hybrid work model (1 day work from home) • 4 weeks vacation • Group insurance with 80% paid by the employer • Employer matched RRSP contributions up to 4% • Free on-site parking • Easily accessible by public transit • Company events and social activities • Stable, family-owned company with over 30 years of success Responsibilities • Manage the full payroll cycle from A to Z for approximately 150 employees • Take ownership of all payroll-related activities, including vacation pay, bonuses, CNESST, and other payroll adjustments • Act as the main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time • Support other payroll-related responsibilities as needed Profile Sought • Experience processing full-cycle payroll from A to Z • Functional bilingualism in English and French • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Professional, service-oriented, and responsive when supporting employees If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me directly.
