Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This contract position is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in providing high-quality speech services to children in school settings, including experiences with pediatric populations and teletherapy delivery.Your expertise in communication disorders will support students’ learning, social interaction, and overall development.
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and professionals to help students achieve their individual goals—whether providing direct therapy, evaluating needs, or developing individualized education plans.Desired Qualifications:Current SLP-CCC or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLPsExperience in pediatric and school environmentsProficiency in teletherapy tools and virtual service deliveryFamiliarity with IEP implementation and progress monitoringStrong communication and collaboration skillsValid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)What You’ll Do:Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention strategiesDeliver direct therapy services onsite and/or via teletherapy platformsParticipate in IEP team meetings and contribute to student planningCollaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomesMaintain thorough documentation in line with school and state requirementsProvide training and guidance to school teams and families as neededThis school-based role offers meaningful engagement with diverse student populations, the chance to innovate with telehealth solutions, and a supportive, mission-driven environment.Inspired by the opportunity to shape young lives with your expertise?
