Pediatrician – Mandarin-Speaking Outpatient Practice
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Pediatrician for an established outpatient pediatrics practice in the Brooklyn area of New York City.
This full-time or part-time opportunity offers annual compensation of $220,000–$300,000, flexible scheduling, and a true outpatient lifestyle with no inpatient duties, weekends, or call responsibilities. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive care to newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults through age 21.
The practice welcomes experienced Pediatricians and new residency graduates who are committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to Mandarin-speaking patients and families.

Part-time schedules beginning at three days per week
Outpatient pediatric care from birth through age 21
No inpatient responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21
Conduct newborn, well-child, adolescent, and young-adult examinations
Perform developmental assessments, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
Administer and oversee age-appropriate immunizations
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and common pediatric conditions
Manage chronic and medically complex pediatric conditions within scope
Monitor patients’ physical, behavioral, and developmental health
Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
Counsel patients and families regarding nutrition, safety, wellness, growth, and developmental milestones
Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and monitor responses to treatment
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals
Communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations clearly to patients and families
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic medical records
Deliver culturally responsive care to Mandarin-speaking patients and families
MD or DO degree
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
Outpatient pediatric experience is preferred
New pediatric residency graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Strong pediatric assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and family-education abilities
Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered pediatric care
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Part-time: Minimum of three days per week
No weekends
No call
No inpatient duties
Annual salary range: $220,000–$300,000
