Due to continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their established SIPP Administration team with several new hires.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an outstanding reputation in the pensions industry, offering long-term career development, hybrid working, a supportive culture and exposure to a varied and technically interesting caseload.Why consider this opportunity?Join a recognised and award-winning pension providerHybrid home and office working availableExcellent salary and comprehensive benefits packageStrong focus on employee well being and developmentGenuine opportunities for career progression across the wider businessHigh staff retention and a collaborative team environmentWork with experienced professionals across pensions, operations and financial servicesExposure to complex pension cases, retirement planning and investment administrationThe RoleAs a SIPP Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting both clients and regulated financial advisers, ensuring all pension administration is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.This position offers a broad range of responsibilities across the full lifecycle of a SIPP, making it ideal for candidates seeking variety, technical exposure and the opportunity to further develop their pension expertise.Key duties will include:Processing SIPP transfer-in and transfer-out requestsManaging new business applications through to completionAdministering pension drawdown and retirement income paymentsProcessing PCLS and ad-hoc benefit paymentsCalculating member benefits, including drawdown, bereavement and divorce-related casesProcessing investment applications and withdrawalsUsing HMRC online services and payroll systems to administer member benefitsLiaising with financial advisers, clients, solicitors and third-party providersSupporting the administration of SIPPs and SSAS arrangements, including property-based schemes where applicableMaintaining high service standards and meeting agreed service levelsContributing to risk management and regulatory compliance processesAssisting with complaint resolution where requiredAbout YouWe're keen to speak with individuals who have previous pensions administration experience, particularly within SIPP administration.You'll ideally possess:Strong knowledge of SIPP and pension regulationsPrevious experience administering pension transfers, drawdown and retirement benefitsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesGood understanding of investment transactions and pension productsConfidence working with financial advisers, clients and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA positive, proactive and customer-focused approachThe OpportunityThis is a fantastic chance to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage of its development.
