We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our client's team in Pune.

We're looking for someone who can drive growth, think creatively, and use AI to build smarter, high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end performance marketing strategy & execution Scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels Drive lead generation, CAC, and ROI Optimize budgets, funnels, and conversions Run A/B tests and experiments Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams Build and optimize landing pages & user journeys Use AI tools for ad creatives, copy, testing, and campaign optimization at scale

What we are looking for: 5+ years in performance marketing Strong hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics Someone who actively uses AI tools for creatives and campaign optimization High ownership, execution-focused, and startup-ready
