As a Personal Independence - Time Charge - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Business Services practice, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to manage enterprise risks and enhance internal controls
- Leading teams in identifying and mitigating potential risks impacting organizational objectives
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance solutions for clients
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Utilizing business process modeling to optimize risk management frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
- Overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of risk management projects
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance risk mitigation efforts
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Encouraging skill development and embracing change to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Review service matters related to PwC’s clients and violations to the Firm’s independence framework
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
