Seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with 2-3+ years of experience in a personal injury or civil litigation law firm. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by drafting legal documents, managing discovery, preparing trial materials, and maintaining organized case files in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Review discovery responses and prepare summaries.
• Prepare deposition binders and trial documents.
• Assist with trial preparation and legal research.
• Communicate with clients and ensure case deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized case files and support attorneys throughout litigation.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate required.
• 2-3+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience required.
• Strong experience drafting discovery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management software.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.
