Responsibilities:

• Interacts with various staff to assure prompt superior service to clients
• Maintains all aspects of the insurance program
• Promotes customer retention through account review and account rounding; re-marketing accounts
• Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
• Ability to problem solve and work effectively under tight deadlines
