BJ Kirby Insurance Agency is an established and growing independent agency serving families and businesses throughout the South Shore.
We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to become an important part of our small, collaborative team. This person will manage a meaningful group of personal lines clients and serve as a trusted point of contact for their home, auto, umbrella, and related insurance needs.

This is a full time position based in Whitman, Massachusetts. Salary is $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Respond to client calls, emails, policy questions, and service requests with professionalism and care
Process endorsements, vehicle and driver changes, mortgagee updates, cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy transactions
Review renewals, identify coverage concerns, remarket accounts when appropriate, and support strong client retention
Assist with quotes, new business opportunities, account rounding, and client follow up
Maintain accurate agency management system documentation and collaborate through shared inboxes, workflows, and established procedures
Requirements

Previous personal lines insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency
Active Massachusetts Property and Casualty insurance license strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through
Ability to work independently, manage multiple open items, and remain calm and helpful with clients
