Personal Lines Insurance Producer Seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Producer Job Roles and Responsibilities Assist clients with policy inquiries related to auto, home, renters, and personal insurance lines Process policy changes including endorsements, updates, and cancellations

Support renewals, billing questions, and payment-related issues Issue certificates of insurance and other required policy documents Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and underwriters

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records Provide timely and professional customer service to policyholders Support claims-related inquiries and coordinate with carriers when needed

Qualifications and Certifications Active Illinois Property and Casualty License (mandatory) Prior experience in insurance customer service or personal lines support Familiarity with insurance agency management systems such as AMS (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle high-volume client interactions and service requests
