Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons across different grade levels.
• Lead Athletics instruction from early skill development through more advanced stages.
• Foster perseverance, teamwork, leadership, autonomy, and self-confidence through sport.
• Create a positive, caring, and challenging learning environment where every learner can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Contribute actively to the culture and continuous growth of Colegio Pioneros.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education.
• Specialization in Athletics.
• Experience working with Early Childhood learners (Pre‑K to Kinder) is required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with learners.
• Creativity, initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
• A growth mindset and a genuine desire to inspire every learner to reach their full potential.
