Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Nurse

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse to provide comprehensive primary care within a technology-forward environment. You’ll deliver patient-centered assessments, diagnosis, and treatment, while leveraging advanced digital tools and software platforms to document care, manage workflows, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. In collaboration with physicians and specialists, you will develop care plans, conduct preventive health screenings, and engage in chronic disease management.
