Role Overview
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dynamic healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a neighborhood clinic setting. The position offers a competitive salary with total earning potential exceeding $200,000, including base pay, bonuses, sign-on incentives, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care, including preventive, diagnostic, wellness exams, and procedures.
- Practice evidence-based medicine with access to on-demand physician support.
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient clinic workflow with scheduled appointments and no late stays or on-call duties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner).
- 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in urgent, primary, or emergency care.
- Experience caring for patients of all ages and eligibility for Medicare participation.
- Demonstrated 2000 hours of clinical experience at the time of hire.
Additional Details
- Work 34 hours weekly with full-time benefits, including health insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401(k) match, and CME allowances.
- Training involves travel to various clinics and may include additional required sessions.
- Must adhere to safety protocols, including vaccinations and mask-wearing, and be flexible to relocate as needed.
