Staff Physician Outpatient
Location: Blythe, CA (1415 Hobsonway, Blythe, CA 92225)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $330,000 $350,000
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Housing Stipend: $2,000/month (up to 1 year)

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active California medical license (or eligibility)
• Current DEA registration
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute and chronic conditions
• Experience in outpatient or primary care preferred

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced clinical setting
• Ability to handle high patient volume and complex cases
• May require extended hours or flexibility based on patient needs
