Plant Business Finance

Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned finance leader to Head Plant Business Finance for our manufacturing operations. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making across our Mumbai and Bangalore manufacturing facility. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end plant finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDrive cost control initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chainPartner with plant and operations teams to improve margins and operational efficiencyMonitor key financial metrics: COGS, inventory, wastage, and production costsEnsure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance at plant levelLead capex planning, ROI analysis, and investment decisions for plant expansionBuild dashboards and bring data-driven insights for leadership decision-makingManage audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies Key RequirementsCA / MBA (Finance) with 8-10+ years of experienceStrong experience in plant/manufacturing finance (FMCG, consumer, or retail preferred)Proven track record in cost optimization and business partneringStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
